Snow Connect S.A.S provides customised marketing services under written agreements. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations under Colombian consumer protection law (Law 1480 of 2011).
Our services are custom-tailored. Work begins when a proposal is accepted and initial payment received. Time and work invested are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Deposits are applied to the initial phase and are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or where we're unable to deliver due to reasons solely attributable to us.
Under Ley 1480 of 2011, where eligible under Article 47, you have five business days from proposal acceptance to withdraw, provided work has not commenced.
Contact us within 10 business days of receipt. We'll work in good faith to review, revise or adjust within the agreed scope. Additional work outside scope is quoted separately.
Email snowconnectsas@gmail.com with a description and supporting documentation. We respond within five business days and resolve refund requests within 30 business days of approval.
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to engagements commenced after the updated date.
